Add invoice footer as document type

Description Need to add "Invoice Footer" to the document type field. Invoice Footer comment prints at the bottom of the invoice (where we currently have invoice). The current comment we have on invoice and SO would be a Header Comment. This is selectable and editable. We do not need to change anything else with this; however, we need to display on the invoice towards the top of the invoice. Invoice footer is the comment that prints at the bottom and is only editable and added through comment maintenance.
