Customer Inquiry Reporting

Description For Customer Inquiry, we just need the option to select the customer name and then inquiry will come up. Report Parameter is too much for this. Customer just wants to select a name and then display the information. Maybe should be put into entity as a tab? Currently, customers in Origin press F9 to quickly get to customer inquiry. Need something similar.
