Warning message is displayed when changing accrual (not equal to 1) and saving invoice if accrual is set to any number that is not equal to 1.
_*note select the item no. first before changing the accrual_
Steps:
1. Go to Sales > Activities > Invoice
2. Click New > Input header details _(do not change the accrual yet)_
3. Select item no.
4. Change accrual value to any number except 1.
5. Save Invoice
