+Issue:+ Console error in converting Prospect to Customer
+Steps:+
1. Go to CRM > Activities > Leads
2. Click New > Find duplicates < Add
3. Input necessary details > Active: true in Leads tab > Save
4. Click Convert > yes
5. Navigate/open Prospect tab > Misc tab > credit hold: true
6. Save
7. Click convert > Customer > Yes
