When creating an SO for a customer, we should check AR balance and credit limit to ensure total AR balance will not reach credit limit. If credit limit would be reached if the SO was invoiced, a warning message should display.
WARNING: Customer may exceed credit limit!
User will still be able to transact as usual, but the message should be displayed as a warning. In invoicing, over limit postings will only be allowed by users on the approval list.
