Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-274800 - customer Import Beginning AR Balances for Go Live - Unsuccessful Ship Via Not Found|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-274800]   Steps:   1. Go to Sales > Import > Import transaction from CSV   Issue:   Issue importing and loading beginning AR balances for Go Live. Getting unsuccessful message when importing beginning AR balances for Go Live as of 6/30/2022   *_Unsuccessful import message: Ship Via Not Found_*   Ship Via is not a field that is mandatory to have entered on Import template. I did not include ship via at first import attempt, after showing unsuccessful due to Ship Via not found I added the Ship Via and that returned with the same unsuccessful message for the import.   Import template with data attached. See attached of unsuccessful message without Ship Via included on import template and then next screenshot of Ship Via included on import template.   Acceptance:   Transactions should successfully imported.
