If forgiven, an offsetting credit memo was created. Both were present on the customer's account. After the 21.2 upgrade, only the credit memo appears -- not the original SC-###.   From the Audit Log of the Credit Memo, it appears that the Service Charge Document was morphed into the Credit Memo forgiveness document.   The Morphed Credit Memo cannot be present WITHOUT the original Service Charge Invoice to offset.   + *Expected:* +   When a Service Charge is Forgiven both transactions NEED to be shown on the customer's account.   Refer to the screenshot in the comments.
