1 - make a shipment from Scale module.

2 - Open a new Invoice screen then select the customer used on above shipment. This should open the Add Shipment screen.
+ *Issue* +:
1 - If the customer has no other existing orders, aside from the scale shipment, the Add Shipment screen did not open.
2 - On Add Shipment screen, the shipment from scale is not displayed.
