- applicable on Quote, SO, Invoice, and CM
- when the user add a bundle type item on a transaction, the grid displayed the main item but not its bundle details/items.

- when a bundle type item is selected from the combo box list, show this message:
You have selected a Bundle item type. All the items from the bundle will be added.
OK
- after the user clicked OK button, all the items included in the bundle should be added to the grid.
