*Steps:*
1 Sales > Sales Order > Open any Sales Order
2. Click Instructions Tab
3. Try to edit the instructions tab.
*Issue:*
Notice it will not let you modify.
*Accepted Criteria:*
It should allow you to modify the sales order instructions and save them.
