*Issues:*
* Received error “Foreign Debit and Credit amount are not balanced”
* When you view the post preview it created a credit for both fees instead of creating a Debit for the -39.80, Causing the GL entry to be out of balance not allowing posting to take place.

*Acceptance:*
There should be no error upon posting the RCV and the CPP Convenience fee should be reflected only on the Debit side
