Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-268090 - OUTBOUND TAX REPORT and TAX REPORT is showing different balances|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-268090]   *Steps:*   To replicate this issue just follow this TC link: [http://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/Tests.jspa#/testCase/UNO-T62]     *Issue :*   The customer is facing the below difficulties:   As I’m working through the tax accounts, I’m trying to identify why we see different balances on two reports that should equal the same totals.   I’m currently comparing the OUTBOUND TAX REPORT to the TAX REPORT.   On-Location *500* , on the Outbound tax report, there are taxes that are not included on the tax report (I’m currently focusing on Indiana State Sales Tax).   The omitted items are K GROCERY and K SHORT.   Here are examples from the period *10/1 – 10/31* to illustrate the issue.   !pastedImage_d176234_0.png|height=271,width=828!   !pastedImage_d176234_1.png|height=295,width=821!   !pastedImage_d176234_2.png|height=611,width=813!   !pastedImage_d176234_3.png|height=514,width=804!   !pastedImage_d176234_4.png|height=583,width=806!   !pastedImage_d176234_5.png|height=572,width=795!   *Acceptance:*   Outbound Tax Report and Tax Report should display the same amount for taxes
