Quote not saved when Salesperson field is blank

Description Encountered in 15.3.0715.207   + *Steps* +:   - open a new Quote screen   - enter a Customer   - enter a grid detail   - click Save   + *Issue* +:   - record not saved. There is no indication id I missed any required fields or if there is missing account setup.
