# Set up a purge configuration in System Manager
## Configuration to be labeled "Customer Attachment Document Retention"
### Dropdown with choices of:
#### 1 year
#### 2 years
#### 3 years
#### 4 years
#### 5 years
#### 6 years
#### 7 years
##### This should be the default
#### Never Remove
## Configuration should look at the 'Date Added' field on the Customer > Attachments tab and compare to the current date. All documents older than the configuration are to be deleted.
### Example 1:
#### Date Added = 03/23/2020
#### Current Date = 03/24/2021
#### Configuration = 1 year
##### Result is document +should+ be removed.
### Example 2:
#### Date Added = 03/23/2020
#### Current Date = 03/24/2021
#### Configuration = 2 years
##### Result is document should +not+ be removed.
### Example 3:
#### Date Added = 03/23/1999
#### Current Date = 03/24/2021
#### Configuration = Never Remove
##### Result is document should +not+ be removed.
## Configuration should be set to run daily at 00:01 local time
