*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Create Customer prepayment via Invoice/RCV screen and post.
2. Create invoice and post.
3. Create Payments and select the CPP and invoice.
4. Apply discounts for CPP.
*Issue:*
1. RCV was allowed to post even CPP has discounts.
*Expected Result:*
1. RCV shouldn't post due to CPP discount.
