Comment Lines:
You may enter special characters to insert a comment line. They are as follows:
Enter an asterisk (\*) if you wish to enter a comment that will print on both pick tickets and invoices.
Enter an “*I” you wish to enter a comment that will print on the invoice only.
If the transaction is an order, enter “*P” if you wish to enter a comment that will print on the pick ticket only.
If the transaction is using a customer recipe, the program will add an “*B” line item at the bottom of the list of items in the recipe. This is a comment line that will be printed on the “Total Units” line of the invoice. The “Description” field will default to the “Comment” field set in the Customer Recipe Maintenance program and may be modified if necessary.
