There are customers which tblARCustomer.intShipToId and intBillToId is null. That prevents defaulting of Shipto and Bill to information to a customer's Invoice and Credit Memo.
It may not be a big deal with Invoice because you can select the Bill to and Ship to Information after selecting the Customer. but that is not the case for Credit Memo.
Things we need to do:
1. Consistency - if Invoice is allowing selection of Shipping and Billing Info, should we not allow the same to Credit Memo?
2. Data Fix. an entity always have default location. if a customer's intShipToId or intBillToId is null, it should use tblEntityLocation.intLocationId. Either update the fields on tblARCustomer or change vyuARCustomer to handle the nulls.
