We are having too many situations where errors are happening and we do not have the ability to troubleshoot the issue because the record was removed (and the history with it), or because there is not adequate keystroke logging in the system.
To Do:
1. retain log files when invoices are deleted
2. increase the logging capabilities to include more information that could be beneficial to troubleshooting.
