* Issue
** Posting is rolling back all transactions when an inventory item is setup with zero cost and auto blend is unchecked..
* Requirements
** Add Zero Cost error to the pre-validation so that proper error messages can be shown on the Batch Posting recap and so that other good transactions can post.
** Minimize impact to performance as much as possible.
