*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Create CPP and post it. Ex. $1000
2. Create Payment and use CPP created above, set the write off amount to $1000 with $0 payment.
3. Post Payment.
*Issue:*
Debit Account for write off used an AR account instead of CPP's account
*Expected Result:*
Debit Account for write off should use the CPP account
