GL Hierarchy has been established in http://jira.irelyserver.com/browse/AR-11460
Something happened in the 19.1.0703 build that is causing the sales account to not use the established profit center.
Steps:
1. Use customer 98 db.
2. Open invoice 99946

3. Click Location > click GL account tab. Note the profit center. If there is a profit center that exists in location, this should be the profit center used for all inventory, sales, cogs postings.

4. Close the location and click post preview on the invoice record.
Sales Category postings should be to 4070-9150.
