[HDTN-246403 - Vendor & Customer Prepaid account in Location should not have to be setup for vendor deposits|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-246403]
Steps:
# Do not setup vendor or customer prepaid on the location.
# Select Vouchers to where it is a negative (for a deposit).
# Two prompts may come up.
## Once for vendor prepaid.
## the other for customer prepaid (see screenshot below).
This is a bug since many customers do not have vendor prepaids.
