I couldn't replicate the issue in source though both are on the same build, {color:#0f0f0f}19.2.0529.550.{color}
+ *Steps:* +
1. Verify the item's (271210G) stock on hand in inventory > stock details. {color:#0f0f0f}Item has plenty of stock available.{color}
2. Make sure the item is set to go negative.
3. Unpost invoice SI-48656.
4. Repost the invoice.
+ *Result:* + Unable to post the Invoice. 'Negative stock quantity.. is displaying
+ *Accepted* +: Should be able to post the Invoice with phase out and with stocks item.
