Pull up RCV-7121.

The discount was applied to a partially paid invoice.
+ *Expected:* +
Discounts are not allowed to be applied for a partially paid invoice. Apparently, the payment was already part of the reconciled deposit. So, I can't fix it on the front end.
Remove the discount taken from RCV-7121.
