+ *Steps:* +
1. Create a custom letter with image and text in system manager > letters.
2. Print or email the custom letter in sales > batch printing > letter > detail tab.
+ *Issue:* +
Print or email is stuck in loading.
As per checking, the letter has an icon to insert images and even videos. Which gives an impression to users that they can send out the letter with photo. See comment.
