* {color:#0f0f0f}Sale starts at scale ticket. the location and the customer are entered on the ticket and then create a sales order via a link from the ticket. {color}
* When there are accounts that are set up for special fuel pricing, that location is overriding the location entered in the scale ticket.
** This is occurring when {color:#0f0f0f}there are accounts that are set up for special fuel pricing and are also our seed customer.{color}

To Do:
* When the Sales Order is opened from the scale module, use the location from the sale module.
