1. Pull invoice SI-105816 from sales > invoices.
The ticket number that created it is 235571, yet it is not on the invoice. The Sales Order number is on the invoice.
2. Pull up ticket {color:#0f0f0f}235571 from {color}ticket management > tickets.
The Sales Order number is on the ticket.
