Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Go to sales > receive payments > new.   2. Create a payment for customer HATHAWAYSO. Take note of the unpaid invoice.   3. Go to sales > customers.   4. Pull up the same customer from step #2.   5. Go to the customer tab. Notice the status code is both T and 7.   6. Go to sales > customer aging detail report.   7. Generate a report for account status code T.   *+Result:+*   Customer HATHAWAYSO was excluded from the report even though it has a balance. However, if you remove the status code of 7 from the customer setup, it will print out the balance. See the attached.
