Update 2/13 -
Swink was upgraded to latest version of 19.1 yesterday (2/12/20) and they were able to import files. But the file that they were able to import was blank. 395620200207b.csv is the file they were able to import
*Steps* :
Energy Trac > Import > Select Location of file for upload and click process
*Issue* :
Import Result Displayed blank and Invoice is not created
*Acceptance* :
Import Result should display invoice created
