*Steps to replicate:*
# Restored customer's database
# Go to Sales > Report >
## Customer Statements
### Date = Between 11/1/2019 and 1/1/2020
### Statement Format = Full Details - No Card Lock
### Print Zero Balance = False
### Print Credit Balance = True
### Include Budget = False
### Print Only Past Due = False
## Generate the report
*Issue* : 'As of' date is missing
*Accepted* : Correct 'As of' date should be displayed.
