Go to sales > customers > customer tab > misc tab.   2. Select a customer from the list. Make sure the account is active.   3. Go to contacts and remove a contact from the list and save. A message will display "The record you are trying to delete is being used. The entity has been set to inactive."   4. Click close and no when prompted "do you want to save changes you made?"   5. Go back to customers > customer tab > misc tab.   + *Result:* +   The account becomes inactive.   Refer to the video for reference.
