1. Create a rack price through transports > rack price > new.
2. Add a special pricing for a customer with a price basis rack price + amount for the same item of step #1 through sales > customers.
3. Create an invoice for the same customer and item of step #2 through sales > invoices.

Price is coming up as regular retail price set up in inventory.
