If Tax exempt status is checked on customer maintenance for the customer, no tax will be calculated.

Once complete, we need to build exemptions into our tax calculations. Match to item, Item Category, Tax Class, and State for exemptions. If exemptions occur, then those taxes need to be removed from the tax calculation. Date needs to be within effective range for exemption to be active.
