Pull up invoice SI-78901 and print.

The invoice prints on 2 pages, but the second page just has the total and no more items.

I tried printing a new invoice in the demo with overflow and it printed correctly. See comment.
Missing from the invoice print are the 2 royalty fees for $27.22 each. But the other 2 royalty fees for $92.33 each were printed. See comment.
