We are trying to use Recipes for iRely to create quotes for customers. However, we are unable to create a quote because inventory will go negative. Software products do not require inventory. As a second note, when I try to process the same via Sales Order Add recipe is allowed.
Steps:
1. Use Fort Books 01 database
2. Sales > Quotes > New
3. Select a customer with CTRM Warehouse default location. Blaser is one.
4. Enter Customer > click Add Recipe > Select i21FinSuite-CTRM
Issue
Unable to use recipe because Quote does not allow if inventory is negative.
Accepted Criteria:
* Should allow creation of Quote using recipe.
* Make sure proper pricing for Maintenance, License Come in from item setup for each ingredient.
