Steps:
Create new item.
Create direct IR to increase stocks.
In customer screen, set batch invoice by time. Set time to e.x 4:30pm to 5:00pm

Create atleast 3 load out transactions where distribution is spot.
Enter gross and tare weight.
Enter futures and basis.
Click Distribute
Issue:
Unable to distribute ticket.

Upon clicking distribute, system is trying to find an open (unposted) invoice and will insert additional line item. Which causes problem number 1.

DtmDateCreated was changed after invoice is created.

Acceptance:
1. Should be able to distribute ticket.
2. A new invoice should be created regardless if there is an open invoice for specific customer.
3. DtmDateCreated should not be updated after invoice is created.
