Pull up invoice SI-7711 and post.

Error: negative stock quantity is not allowed at in-transit location. See comment.
I already tried upgrading their backup to the latest release 19.1.1106.474 but the error keeps on recurring. I also modified and tried using the datafix from this JIRA http://jira.irelyserver.com/browse/AR-10904 but didnt work.
