1. Create a new customer.
2. Create invoices and post.
3. Calculate service charges.
4. Generate customer statement through sales > report > customer statements. See comment.
5. Forgive service charge.
5. Re-run customer statement through sales > report > customer statements. See comment.
+ *Issue:* +
The running balance is $298.18. While the total balance and amount due are $300. The difference is the service charge that was forgiven. See comment.
Other statement format should be the same.
