* Issue
** Portal Credit Card Payment gives an error message that RCV# cannot be deleted.
* Requirements
** Do not give any error messages on successful payments.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as portal user
2. Open Make Payments
3. Select Payment Method
4. Select invoice to pay
5. Click Process Payment button
