Description [HDTN-233004 - Budget on site but customer does not have a budget|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-233004]   *Issue* : Customer Inquiry > Budget Amt is not equal with AR Customer> Monthly Budget.   !pastedImage_d121523_0.png|height=823,width=793!   *Steps to Recreate:*   1) Customer has device assigned that was assigned to another customer previously.   2) Budget displays as zero in Sales/AR > Customer > Misc   3) Budget amount remaining in AR Customer Inquiry and Consumption Site record   *Acceptance:*   * Budget amount should match what is showing in Customer AR > Monthly Budgets. Budget Amount value should be getting from AR Customer Monthly Budget. * When Monthly Budgets = 0, remove all the budget schedule details for the customer.
