+ *Steps:* +
1. Look up customer #025850 special pricing from sales > customers > customer tab > pricing tab.
2. Look up item #130000100 special pricing.
3. Create an invoice or order for customer from step #1 and item for step #2.
4. Create a quote for the same from step #3.

Invoice and order use special pricing while quote does not.
+ *Expected result:* +
Similar to invoice and order, when generating a quote for a customer with level pricing or special pricing, system should use it.
