Create a payment for customer#002283.   2. Notice the discount available for CFSI-3772. See comment.   3. Change date paid from todays date to 4/5/2019.   + *Actual result:* +   The discount is no longer available. See comment.   + *Expected result:* +   Discount available should remain intact, more so that the date paid is ahead.
