Steps to replicate :
1. Create a new contract
2. Create load shipment and receive it
3. Create a voucher in the inventory receipt screen
4. Add other charge items like financial charges in the second row and save and close the voucher
5. Reopen the voucher
Issue :
Financial charges moved from 2nd row to 1st row.

Acceptance :
Order of the entry should retain in the voucher grid and financial charges should be the second row,
