*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Run Open Clearing Report.
*Issue:*
1. It shows AP Clearing Report balance is off with GL balance.

*Expected Result:*
AP Clearing Report vs GL balance should be matched.
*Analysis:*
1. Checked all the GJs created with AP Clearing account category - total sum = 0.
2. Copied 01 to 99 and then ran all the APC generic analysis scripts (total 29) in 99- did not find any affected record from any of this script.
