Date Created is randomly populating incorrectly when voucher is posted.
Unable to reproduce,
DM-3708
shows a Date Created of 1/7/2021 but was actually created and posted on 1/6/2021
there are others with wrong create date.
Unable to reproduce today in 99.

Vouchers created late in the day have the next day as the created date. Creating contracts has a similar issue.
Example: voucher BL48262, Created on 11/12/20 but the created date is 11/13/20.
