Steps:
1. Open Pay Bills
2. Select the Bill to pay
3. Click on Payment field, it is filled automatically by the amount equal to the Amount Due.
4. Click on any part within the grid and entered value is gone
Issue: It is very difficult to fill the Payment tab with value as clicking on any part within the grid zeroes out everything.
Acceptance Criteria: It would be nice if it is only via double-clicking on the Payment field will the Amount Due value be carried over to Payment and clicking on any part within the grid should not zero our filled in Payment fields.
