Process and post a voucher.   2. Open voucher and select the PAY menu option to record an auto-drafted payment.   3. Change the Pay Date to the appropriate date, and the system message asks if we want to update the discount calculation. If YES is selected, the details of the voucher disappear, and we cannot finish processing the payment. Instead, we then receive the message “this transaction is already saved in other payments’ and we cannot complete the payment process.     However, if we had selected NO when the system asks about updating he discount calculation, we can complete the recording of the payment record.     Prior to the recent upgrade, we could select either YES or NO, and would be able to complete the manual payment recording process.
