*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Check APC balance in FRD Report - System Account - Daily Audit.

2. Run AP Clearing Report and check the APC balance.

3. Run the AP Clearing Detail report and check the APC balance.

GL vs AP Clearing/Detail report balance is off by $576,290.63
*Expected Result:*
