*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Open FRD Report - System Accounts - Daily Audit and check AP Clearing Account balance.

2. Open 'Open Payable Detail' report and check Clearing balance.

*Issue:*
Both are off by $49020.33
*Analysis:*
1. When executed SQL script - IR vs GL - AP Clearing-V3, found below mismatches - complete list attached.
