*Steps* :
1. Patronage > Stocks > Retire Stock
2. Open Stock (entity should not be a vendor)
3. Click Post
*Issue* :

*Accepted* :
Add validation for the entity as vendor when creating a voucher
Stock should not be posted
Error message should appear (Entity is not a vendor)
